Institut Curie in Paris seeks an Image Analysis Engineer (Bioimage Analyst) to lead image analysis projects within the Cell and Tissue Imaging Platform. You will design, develop, and deploy custom analysis tools and collaborate with scientists to extract meaningful parameters from multidimensional imaging data.

The role requires a PhD or Master’s in bioinformatics or related fields and 3+ years of bioimage experience, with strong programming skills in Python/MATLAB and knowledge of deep learning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in bioimage analysis.
• Strong background in image processing and software development.
• Experience with deep learning approaches is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead image analysis projects and define strategies for research teams.
