Jobtailor in Frontenay-Rohan-Rohan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is looking for a proactive site operative to manage feedstock supply and to prepare feed mixes, loading the hopper with a telehandler or loader.

You will monitor daily operations, uphold technical, hygiene, and safety procedures, assist with maintenance, and collaborate with an operations team of about seven people, with a clear path to Site Manager.

• Manage the supply of feedstock—primarily manure and slurry from farmers and transport companies
• Prepare the feed mix and load the hopper using a telehandler or loader
• Conduct daily monitoring and oversee site operations
• Comply with the site's technical, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Assist with site maintenance and the replacement of consumables (knives, screens)
• Work collaboratively with an operations team of approximately seven people
• Opportunity to progress into a Site Manager role

Requirements

• Previous experience or solid knowledge of the agricultural sector (livestock farming, crop production, or related activities) is preferred
