Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on operator for our agricultural site in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. You will manage the supply of feedstock (manure and slurry) from farmers and transport providers, prepare and load materials, and operate a telehandler or front-end loader to load the hopper.

You will monitor daily site operations, ensure hygiene and safety rules are followed, and assist with site maintenance. There is potential to progress into a Site Manager role as you demonstrate reliability and

Experience or understanding of the agricultural sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take initiative.

Ability to work independently and with the operations team.

Responsabilités

Manage the supply of feedstock—manure and slurry—from farmers and transport providers.
Prepare and load feedstock.
Prepare the feed mix and load the hopper using a telehandler or front-end loader.
Carry out daily monitoring and oversee site operations.
Comply with the site's technical, hygiene, and safety rules.
Participate in site maintenance and replace consumables (knives, screens).
Potentially progress into a Site Manager role.
