ixolabs.ai seeks a Biochemistry Expert to train AI on molecular processes, from protein folding to metabolic regulation. You will translate complex biochemical knowledge into high-quality training data and explanations that help AI interpret biological systems.

Start Date: Immediate; Commitment: 10–20 hours/week; You will design problems, assess AI outputs, and guide therapeutic insights through biochemical reasoning.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, or closely related field.
• Comprehensive understanding across protein chemistry, enzymology, metabolic pathways, and molecular genetics.
• Experience in biochemical research, protein purification, or assay development is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive training data for biomolecules, including protein structure and function, nucleic acid chemistry, carbohydrates, and lipids.
• Create detailed explanations and problem solutions for enzyme kinetics, allosteric regulation, and enzyme mechanisms.
• Formulate and elaborate on concepts in metabolic pathways, such as glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, oxidative phosphorylation, and photosynthesis.
• Evaluate AI-generated content on molecular genetics, signal transduction, and membrane biology, ensuring scientific accuracy and mechanistic detail.
• Design challenging problems that require AI to predict the outcome of biochemical reactions or analyze experimental data from assays.
• Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to explain disease mechanisms at the molecular level and propose therapeutic interventions.
