ixolabs.ai seeks a Biology Expert to help train AI by curating and evaluating content across molecular biology, genetics, ecology, and evolution. You will craft high-quality explanations, QA pairs, and problem sets that illuminate biological concepts for a diverse audience.

Immediate start with flexible 10–20 hours per week, ongoing tasks, and opportunities to influence AI-driven life sciences tools.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a closely related life science field.
• Clear ability to communicate complex biological concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in biological research, teaching, or scientific writing is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine Q&A pairs covering molecular biology concepts (DNA replication, gene expression, protein synthesis).
• Create detailed explanations for genetics, heredity, genetic engineering, and population genetics.
• Evaluate AI-generated content on ecology, including ecosystems, biodiversity, biogeochemical cycles, and conservation biology.
• Formulate and solve problems related to evolutionary biology, natural selection, speciation, and phylogenetics.
• Evaluate and categorize biological diagrams, experimental results, and scientific literature for AI training.
• Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to explain complex biological processes, disease mechanisms, and recent biotechnological advancements.
