Crossing Hurdles seeks a highly skilled bioinformatics professional to analyze medicinal chemistry datasets using advanced methods. You will curate, annotate, and validate datasets for drug discovery while evaluating cross-domain data from biology, chemistry, and clinical sources.

This role supports AI model development with expert input and rigorous data interpretation. Strong background in SAR, drug design, and large-scale omics or cheminformatics is essential, as is the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of medicinal chemistry concepts, including SAR and drug design principles.
• Experience handling and interpreting large-scale omics or cheminformatics datasets.
• Familiarity with common bioinformatics tools, databases, and programming languages (Python, R, RDKit, KNIME).
• Strong scientific communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven track record in research at biology/chemistry/data science intersection.
