Moncler Group in Paris is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Advisor fluent in German and English to join our EMEA Client Service team for a fixed-term contract from October to December 2026.

You will provide best-in-class service to Moncler and Stone Island clients, handling inquiries via email, phone, and instant messaging, while contributing to a personalized luxury experience and supporting cross-/upselling when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German required.
• Experience in luxury fashion retail or client service is a plus.
• Multilingual ability beyond English/German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients during e-commerce sales and identify cross-/upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure data integrity.
