Coty SA in Paris, France, seeks a Product Manager for Swarovski Beauty on a fixed-term contract. You will manage 360 marketing projects from concept to production, including product development, packaging, fragrance assets, promotions and sampling.

You will brief and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and markets, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate 360° animations and brand campaigns, and ensure on-time delivery and strong presentations for reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience including global fragrance marketing development.
• Affinity with premium and ultra-premium projects.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead 360 launch strategies for new initiatives and brand animations.
• Coordinate product development from concept to production, including packaging and assets.
• Brief and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and markets.
• Deliver commercial presentations to involve markets and capture needs.
• Manage timelines, risks, and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Track budgets, P&L, and profitability for the lines under responsibility.
• Develop local and global marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
