Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience preferably in luxury beauty with global scope.
• University graduate/ Business School degree / Creative background.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Creative softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup in priority)

Responsabilités

• Translate campaign launches (makeup & fragrance) into impactful in-store activations.
• Collaborate with Fashion Houses to adapt Brand vision into temporary retail experiences.
• Lead development of activation projects from creative brief to execution.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent execution across markets.
• Support rollout of animations and launches with design validation to installation.
• Oversee activation toolkits and assets for consistent deployment.
• Improve processes to increase speed, efficiency and clarity.
• Lead and support a team of Project Managers with clear priorities.
