United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Backend Software Engineer with a strong security background to join our Paris-based product development team. You will design, build, and operate backend services powering security-sensitive features for B2B and B2C users.

Based in Paris with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Security to strengthen identity controls, reduce risk, and improve overall security posture.

Qualifications

• Backend engineer with production SaaS experience.
• Strong security focus and threat modeling knowledge.
• Experience designing secure APIs and authentication flows.
• Experience working with security stakeholders (CISO).

Responsabilités

• Research, design, implement, and maintain backend services for user-protection features.
• Build identity, authentication, access control, and threat prevention features.
• Collaborate with Product and Security teams on requirements.
• Contribute to threat modeling and secure SDLC practices.
• Write high-quality, tested code with observability and ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure features.
