United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager in Paris to lead the Setup & Rollout team, owning integrations for SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM, and audit logging. You will drive confidential computing on AWS Nitro Enclaves and push AI/LLM applications in secure environments.

You will mentor senior backend and web engineers, collaborating with Product and Design to deliver features impacting revenue, retention, and differentiation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of people and project management experience (ideally in a distributed environment).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build ownership and accountability culture within your team as the business grows.
• Grow and develop direct reports as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates.
• Recruit software engineers and represent the company in the Paris tech community.
