SEIDOR in Paris is seeking an experienced Back-Office Business Analyst to support a Capital Markets transformation with Murex MX.3. You will document requirements, coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Accounting, Risk and IT, and help ensure the new system aligns with the target operating model.

The role demands strong Back-Office knowledge in treasury, loans and debt issuance, plus excellent communication and UAT testing skills, in an international financial-institution setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Back-Office experience.
• Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3.
• Experience with treasury, loans and/or debt issuance operations.
• Strong understanding of settlement, lifecycle events, confirmations and payments.
• Experience with integrated front-to-back platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Treasury system implementation projects.
• Strong experience with testing and UAT.
• Good understanding of operational controls and Back-Office processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and configuration of Murex MX.3 Back-Office functionalities.
• Analyze processes covering trade settlement, confirmations, payments and lifecycle events.
• Work on Back-Office processes related to treasury products, loans and debt issuance operations.
• Translate operational requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and the target Capital Markets System.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of Back-Office workflows and controls.
• Work closely with Operations, Front Office, Accounting, Risk and IT stakeholders.
• Support functional workshops and contribute to key implementation decisions.
• Define and execute functional, integration and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate the analysis and resolution of identified issues.
• Contribute to operational readiness and go-live preparation.
• Support business users during implementation and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Ensure that the implemented solution is aligned with operational requirements and the target operating model.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Analyse and document Back-Office business requirements and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience with a development bank, supranational institution or international financial institution.
• Experience with major Murex MX.3 / Treasury Management System transformation programmes.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, migration, go-live and stabilisation.
• Knowledge of multiple financial instruments and treasury products.
• Experience coordinating with Front Office, Risk and Accounting functions.
• Professional fluency in French, in addition to English.
