EIC - Experience Internship Canada in Paris invites a driven B2C Sales Intern to support students and graduates pursuing professional mobility to Canada. You will engage with candidates, qualify profiles, conduct interviews, and present the program, while collaborating with Canada-based teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and CRM usage, within an international setting that values initiative and proactive candidate support.

Qualifications

• Currently studying business, sales, customer relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, consulting, customer support, and relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with candidates.
• Organized, autonomous, and able to maintain structured follow-up.
• Motivated by objectives and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and office software.
• Previous experience in sales, consulting, or customer relations is a plus.
• Good level of English to collaborate with our teams in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Build candidate relationships with students and young graduates interested in gaining professional experience in Canada.
• Qualify profiles by background, goals, availability, and expectations to identify suitable opportunities.
• Conduct candidate interviews and support them through decision-making processes.
• Explain the program, steps, and opportunities available to candidates.
• Provide sales support and candidate advising throughout the decision journey.
• Maintain regular CRM-driven follow-ups to foster trust until enrollment.
• Track candidate journey stages using CRM tools and analyze performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Suggest improvements to the candidate journey and sales process to improve efficiency.
