EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Marketing Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to developing EIC's visibility in France, creating marketing content, managing our communication channels, and implementing actions aimed at growing our community of students, young graduates, and partners.

You will take on a versatile role within the marketing team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

You will directly contribute to the marketing and communication strategy of an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Marketing Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our brand image, digital acquisition strategy, and communication with our different audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Marketing content creation: contribute to creating content across our communication channels (social media, newsletters, articles, marketing materials, and digital campaigns).
• Social media management: help manage our social media platforms, suggest content ideas, and contribute to growing our online community.
• Content strategy: participate in developing the editorial calendar and identify topics that can improve our visibility among students and young graduates.
• Marketing materials creation: design and optimize presentations, brochures, visuals, and various materials for candidates, partners, and events.
• Acquisition campaigns: participate in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at generating new applications.
• Email marketing: contribute to creating email campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Performance analysis: monitor marketing indicators (traffic, engagement, conversions, campaigns) and suggest areas for improvement.
• Marketing research: analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and identify new communication opportunities.
• Candidate journey optimization: contribute to improving the different touchpoints between EIC and students interested in a professional experience in Canada.
• Event organization: participate in the preparation and communication around webinars, career fairs, school events, and candidate meetings.
• Collaboration with recruitment and partnership teams: work with Account Management and Admissions teams to align marketing actions with business development objectives.
• SEO and digital visibility: contribute to improving our online presence through optimized content creation.
• CRM monitoring and reporting: participate in campaign tracking and the organization of marketing data within our internal tools.
• Marketing process optimization: suggest ideas to improve our communication, acquisition, and engagement strategies.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying marketing, communication, digital marketing, business school, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
• You are creative, curious, and proactive.
• You enjoy testing new ideas and analyzing their results.
• You are comfortable with social media platforms and digital trends.
• You have strong writing skills and a good sense of communication.
• You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and marketing platforms.
• Previous experience in marketing, communication, or content creation is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
