Job summary

Socomec in Décines-Charpieu, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, is seeking a proactive regional sales professional to develop and renew the contract portfolio for our UPS maintenance business, while delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.

You will represent the Group’s expertise and image across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, handling inquiries, preparing tailored proposals, managing renewals, and enabling growth with a strong back-office support.

Qualifications

• Two- or three-year higher education qualification in sales or business.
• At least three years’ experience in B2B service sales, ideally in a technical environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a CRM system, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide responsive sales follow-up to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyse customer needs and prepare tailored commercial proposals for maintenance contracts, works and services.
• Manage the renewal of service contracts and grow the portfolio by prospecting for new opportunities within your area.
• Ensure sales follow-up on proposals for works and contribute to reliable sales forecasts in coordination with the field sales engineers.
• Provide sales back-office support, manage contract administration and enter orders in the relevant systems.
• Contribute to the growth of the services business by identifying sales opportunities among existing customers and prospects.
