Fluid Topics Inc. is seeking a Technical Knowledge Specialist to join the Product Knowledge team in France. You will convert complex product features into clear, audience-friendly documentation for buyers, customers, sales teams, and partners.

You will collaborate with product managers, R&D and SMEs to create, update, and distribute technical content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the roadmap while supporting marketing assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge/content management or B2B SaaS enablement.
• Master’s degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and synthesis skills in English.
• Ability to understand technical subjects without coding background.
• Ability to interview SMEs and present complex information clearly.
• Meticulous and committed to factual accuracy.
• Strong interest in AI and technology.

Responsabilités

• Distill advanced product features into clear content for non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain reference materials, technical briefs, and use-case narratives.
• Interview product managers, R&D, and SMEs to capture technical topics.
• Ensure content aligns with product roadmap and editorial standards.
• Update content with new releases and changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce videos and visuals while ensuring accuracy.
