Invox is seeking a senior training and business development lead to shape and manage our open-enrollment and tailored B2B marketing training offerings. You will design topics, formats, and delivery models, while coaching expert consultants to deliver high-quality sessions.

With a strong background in Qualiopi, OPCO administration, and instructional design, you will drive sales of programs and leverage marketing resources to boost visibility among clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven mid-to-senior-level experience in a role combining training organization/management and business development.
• Strong training-provider expertise, including Qualiopi, instructional design, and OPCO administration.
• Experience working for a training organization is a strong advantage, particularly if combined with responsibility for selling training programs.
• Interest in B2B marketing and agency environments, with an understanding of Content, HubSpot, SEO/GEO, LinkedIn, and marketing AI.
• Enjoyment of commercial interaction, with the ability to pick up the phone and fill a session, as well as scope a tailored requirement with a client.
• Strong organizational skills and administrative rigor.
• Ability to work with experts who are not professional trainers, demonstrating teaching skills, patience, and a coaching mindset.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve training offerings, including topics, agendas, formats, and updates to best practices
• Prepare and coach Invox expert consultants to deliver training sessions
• Develop the business commercially by selling open-enrollment sessions and tailored training programs
• Leverage Invox's marketing resources to increase the visibility of the training offering among clients and prospects
• Oversee administrative and quality-related matters, including invitations, agreements, OPCO funding, quizzes, evaluations, and Qualiopi compliance
• Develop in-person, remote, self-service, and blended formats, as well as inter-company and in-company training programs
• Help establish Invox as a recognized premium provider of B2B marketing training
