Tata Consultancy Services in Paris seeks an experienced AWS Practice Lead to drive and grow our AWS cloud practice within the Home of Data, coordinating technology leadership, delivery accountability, and business development across international programs.

The role combines hands-on architectural delivery with strategic guidance, ecosystem management, and ongoing enablement to strengthen our market presence around AWS-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager on international programs.
• Demonstrated track record delivering AWS-based projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience in consulting or professional services with strong client exposure.
• Solid understanding of data platforms, analytics, and cloud transformation programs.
• Exposure to Databricks and modern data architectures is a strong plus.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management from technical teams to senior executives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to operate at strategic and hands-on levels.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the AWS practice with end-to-end accountability for delivery, quality and client satisfaction.
• Act as Engagement Manager on complex, international programs across multi-country environments.
• Oversee delivery of AWS-based transformation projects, including data platforms and cloud modernization.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled architectures.
• Support recruitment and enablement to grow the AWS practice and upskill the team.
• Represent the AWS practice externally and contribute to thought leadership and client events.
