Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to drive and evaluate self-driving vehicles, collect data, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. The role includes ride-hail service responsibilities and detailed reporting to support engineering teams.

Candidate must be 21+, hold a valid Class C license, and have at least 3 years of Class C driving experience. The job may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts with strict safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Class C licensed driver.

Responsibilities

• Drive autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes while monitoring behavior.
• Record ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight.
• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
