Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and configuration of SDS in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with senior technicians and operations teams to ensure readiness and reliability of autonomous driving systems.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics, strong troubleshooting and Linux skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics or embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems.
• Fluent English and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and validation activities for sensors and SDS components.
• Provide on-site SME support and document findings.
