Harmattan AI is seeking an Automated Equipment Maintenance Engineer to own the reliability of our automated test benches and production systems. This hands-on role sits at the interface between manufacturing and engineering, performing commissioning, diagnostics, and ongoing maintenance to keep systems running and production throughput high.

You will work daily with Test Bench, Automation, and Manufacturing Engineers, translate shopfloor observations into actionable feedback, and help scale

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, test systems, or industrial automation in high-precision environments.
• Hands-on commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated test benches or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities across hardware, software, and electrical domains.

Responsabilités

• Own availability and reliability of automated test benches from commissioning to day-to-day maintenance.
• Perform fault diagnosis across hardware, software, electrical, and integration layers.
• Execute commissioning, qualification, and requalification of test benches after upgrades or changes.
• Translate shopfloor observations into structured technical feedback for engineering.
