H Company is seeking an Implementation Strategist to bridge customers and our engineering team in Paris. You will identify high-impact automation opportunities, coordinate with engineers, and lead demonstrations and trainings to showcase our autonomous agent platform.

The role requires strong communication, travel up to 50%, and willingness to work across a distributed team in France, the UK, and the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers.
• Fluency in English and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Technical experience with AI/ML systems would be appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Identify the most impactful multi-step tasks to automate for customers.
• Be the go-to person for the customer and coordinate with internal teams.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate solutions seamlessly.
• Coordinate trainings to ensure best usage of the solution.
• Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences.
