Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a skilled technician lead to manage machine builds from start to finish in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will direct and supervise technicians, ensure a high-quality cosmetic finish, and perform troubleshooting, testing and repairs on customer equipment.

Travel to customer sites for infield work and startup trainings is required. A foundation in manufacturing with a two-year technical degree and at least five years of experience are essential,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing.
• 2-year technical degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Machine Assembly Technology, Automotive, Diesel or similar (plus).
• Ability to work as a team to reach goals.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead machine builds from start to finish.
• Direct and delegate tasks to technicians on the project.
• Ensure the customer’s machine has a quality cosmetic appearance upon completion.
• Perform trouble shooting, testing, and repairs.
• Review project timelines and ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide recommendations for mechanical and electrical design changes.
• Review craftsmanship of all work performed on projects.
• Travel for mechanical and electrical infield work.
• Travel to start-up equipment and train customer representatives at the customer facility.
