Job summary

Sorontar is seeking engineers to join a lean, flat team focused on automated production. You will design and deploy production lines, selecting machines, materials and subcontractors, and run pilot lines to bring processes into production.

You will improve quality and cycle times as the line runs, and as the company grows you will help build the manufacturing team. Fluency in French and English is required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in automating production lines.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, composites or robotics.
• Ability to use simple prototypes to de-risk ambitious production goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the production line setup, including machines, materials and subcontractors.
• Improve quality and cycle times once the line is running.
• Help build the manufacturing team as the company grows.
