Job summary

Merittas in Paris is seeking an Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director who can accelerate toward Partnership within an innovative, international firm. You will lead complex audits, manage large teams and nurture senior client relationships with listed French groups.

The role combines entrepreneurial drive with collaboration, autonomy and transparent communication, offering leadership across cross-border engagements and a clear path to Partnership as the practice expands in France.

Qualifications

• Experience as Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director in a Top 10 firm.
• Hands-on auditing listed companies, including major French groups.
• Strong technical expertise in statutory audit, IFRS and complex group audits.
• Proven track record leading large audit engagements and teams.
• Commercially minded with drive to win clients and grow the practice.
• Ambition to progress rapidly toward Partnership.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, autonomous and communicative.
