IC Resources is partnering with an innovative semiconductor company in France to recruit an ATE Test Engineer. You will develop and debug ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test, supporting silicon bring-up, characterization and production ramp.

You will define test strategies, analyze ATE data, and troubleshoot device issues while collaborating with Design/IP and Product Engineering teams to optimise test time, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and debugging ATE test programs for semiconductor devices.
• Ability to interpret test results and troubleshoot failing devices in a lab environment.
• Experience with data analysis to identify test issues and yield drivers.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and curve tracers.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python or Java and debugging methodology.

Responsabilités

• Develop, debug and maintain ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test.
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization and shmoo analysis.
• Define test strategies, coverage and limits for test plans.
• Analyse ATE data and troubleshoot failing devices.
• Collaborate with Design/IP and Product Engineering teams.
• Aim to optimise test time, cost and quality.
