ATE Test Engineer
We are looking for a motivated ATE Test Engineer to join our semiconductor test engineering team in Valbonne (Sophia Antipolis), France. In this role, you will contribute to the development, validation, and optimization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions used to characterize and qualify advanced semiconductor devices and IP products.
Working closely with design, product, and validation teams across France, India, and the United States, you will support the entire product lifecycle—from early test development and silicon bring-up to production ramp-up and customer qualification. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in semiconductor testing, characterization, and data analysis within a global and collaborative environment.
