Job summary

Marble in Paris is hiring an Associate to drive venture creation across physical AI, robotics, and autonomy in energy, logistics, construction, manufacturing, mining and more. You will report to Partners and gain exposure to opportunity research, founder recruitment, tech and product development, economic analysis, go-to-market, fundraising, investment decisions, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Computer Science (ML/RL), Robotics, or related field.
• Experience shipping systems in real-world environments.
• Strong first principles reasoning and problem decomposition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead venture creation across AI, robotics, and autonomy opportunities.
• Identify and recruit founders; recruit Founders in Residence to build with Marble.
• Develop venture ideas, de-risk them, and turn them into new companies with a roadmap to seed.
• Support progress and decision making with robust diligence and memos.
