Marble is building venture creation across physical AI, robotics, and autonomy, spanning energy, logistics, construction, and manufacturing. As an Associate, you’ll drive opportunity research, talent recruitment, and work with Founders in Residence to de-risk ideas and form new companies with team, funding and a seed roadmap.

Reporting to Partners, you’ll identify fundable opportunities 2–3 years out, evaluate technical feasibility, and contribute to portfolio growth while traveling to events.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in CS/Robotics with applied startup/industry experience.
• Experience shipping real-world systems with safety, uptime and latency considerations.
• Strong product/customer/economics deployment thinking.
• Ability to reason from first principles and dissect problems.
• Clear communicator with concise memos and presentations.
• Talent intuition for identifying great founders and persuading them.
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Opportunity research to build conviction on priority areas for new ventures.
• Talent sourcing to recruit Founders in Residence.
• Collaborate with Founders to develop venture ideas, de-risk them, and create seed-ready roadmaps.
