Qualifications

• 4–7 years in leveraged finance/private debt.
• Strong credit risk understanding and financial modelling.
• Proven transactions from pitching to funding.
• Solid academic record.
• Curiosity for AI tools to boost analysis.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch or German a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform due diligence and benchmarking for risk/return analysis.
• Prepare investment committee memos and financial models.
• Review and negotiate transaction documents.
