Job summary

Photon is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead creative engagement for the Société Générale account. Working with a Creative Lead, you will blend design leadership with hands-on UX/UI work and coordinate planning to keep the engagement moving.

You will guide a two-person design team from discovery through delivery, with responsibilities spanning creative direction, client leadership, and research.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI leadership and visual craft.
• Experience leading workshops and guiding design through implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the creative direction translating objectives into digital experiences.
• Lead two-person design team from discovery through delivery.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to plan and review work.
• Guide research, interviews, and synthesis with the Creative Lead.
• Review wireframes, designs, prototypes, and handoff quality.
