GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations and drive a high-performance sales culture. You will lead by example in guest service, product knowledge, and store presentation, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, manage onboarding, scheduling, and adherence to company policies, while promoting Pro Rewards and reserve programs to grow guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States (as applicable).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greeting guests and answering questions promptly.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS system with accuracy and courtesy.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and guest benefits to drive sales and loyalty.
• Train and supervise sales staff in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure onboarding and training for associates prior to shifts, and manage scheduling.
