Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Rennes Alma is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership. The role drives sales by analyzing performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing daily store routines.

You’ll open and close the store, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, train staff, build visual displays, oversee scheduling and payroll, and engage in omni-channel fulfillment while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to coach others and develop teammates.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines for the store.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom for excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
