Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, analyze the business, and deliver best-in-class customer service. The role oversees opening/closing routines, stockroom supervision, staffing, and payroll management while leading talent development and floor leadership.

The position emphasizes brand knowledge, visual merchandising, and omnichannel fulfillment, with a promote-from-within path to future store leadership opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 English & French required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
