Free2move seeks a Finance MOA/Functional Process Owner to bridge Finance operations and IT. You will translate accounting needs into functional designs for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) and adjacent systems, ensuring seamless workflows across Nimda and Yooz.

You will drive end-to-end financial process improvements, data integrity, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Transformation and Finance Process Ownership (MOA).
• Solid SAP S/4HANA FI/CO design experience including Universal Journal, BP data structures, and Fiori flows.
• Proven ERP carve-out, S/4HANA migrations, and multi-system integration experience.

For our VaaS (Vehicle as a Service) and Broker businesses, we are operating on a newly dedicated SAP S/4HANA instance.

To support this transformation, we are looking for a talented Finance MOA / Functional Process Owner.

In this strategic position, you will serve as the crucial functional bridge between our operational Finance stakeholders and the IT/Engineering teams. Operating in a complex, multi-model business environment (including dealership relations and insurance partnerships), you will translate operational accounting needs into clear functional designs.

Working side-by-side with a dedicated Tech MOE, you will ensure that financial workflows and sub-ledger activities remain completely seamless across SAP S/4HANA and peripheral systems like Nimda (contract management) and Yooz (AP automation).

What You Will Do

• Business Process & Mapping: Act as the primary functional expert for Finance operational teams, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Controlling, and Treasury.
• Functional Design: Document business workflows across complex VaaS streams and define functional posting logic, VAT rules, and GL mapping rules for technical build teams.
• System Integration: Define functional rules and data mapping logic for interfaces connecting Nimda and Yooz to the S/4HANA ledger.
• Data Integrity: Establish data reconciliation routines and exception-handling frameworks to safeguard data integrity between peripheral engines and central systems.
• Testing & Rollout: Build comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) functional test scripts and lead UAT execution cycles with Finance key users.
• Change Management: Drive change management, design user guides, and train operational finance teams on newly updated workflows.
• Governance: Manage and prioritize the Finance enhancement backlog while partnering closely with the Tech MOE to evaluate feasibility and refine solution designs.

Your Profile

• Experience: You bring 5 to 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Finance Process Ownership (MOA).
• SAP S/4HANA Mastery: You have solid practical experience designing within SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) and master concepts like the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner data structures, and Fiori application flows.
• Project Context: You possess proven experience in ERP carve-outs, S/4HANA migrations, or managing multi-system integrations.
• Core Finance Knowledge: You have a strong grasp of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and financial reconciliation techniques.
• Delivery Toolkit: You have practical mastery of functional specifications drafting, JIRA/Confluence management, and process mapping (BPMN).
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory for cross-functional project alignment, and professional fluency in French is essential for daily collaboration with local teams. An additional EU language is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a post-carve-out landscape and possess strong stakeholder diplomacy to align priorities across distinct business units.
