Qualifications

• Advanced degree in translation or related field.
• 8+ years in language services within international org.
• 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing translation teams or language tech.
• Proven track record implementing AI/MT and CAT tools.
• Fluency in English; second official language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and digital transformation for Language Services and Document Services.
• Oversee budgeting, outsourcing, and vendor management with KPI tracking.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage performance and staffing levels.
• Engage clients across departments and represent INTERPOL in external forums.
• Oversee document management, archiving policies, and AI-driven summaries.
• Drive process automation and quality standards across languages.
