INTERPOL in Lyon invites applications for a SECONDMENT - Assistant Director EDPP/EO within the Exec. Dir. Partnerships and Planning. Location: Lyon. Duration: 36 months. Grade: 2. Reporting to: Executive Director Partnerships & Planning.

The incumbent will lead the EDPP Executive Office, overseeing the planning, coordination and management of strategic initiatives and papers, while coordinating with senior management and international partners to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least four years' University education.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second official working language would be an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Executive Director Partnerships & Planning in planning, coordination and prioritization of activities pertaining to corporate, organizational and administrative nature.
• Manage the EDPP Executive Office to ensure effective delivery against priorities, budgets and staffing matters.
• Represent EDPP in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and draft required agreements and protocols.
• Supervise EDPP Executive Office staff to maintain high performance and timely deliverables.
• Perform other duties as required by the hierarchy.
