Madbox, a fast-growing mobile gaming company, seeks a Senior Game Developer to drive innovative features and systems for our Pocket Champs ecosystem. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and fellow developers to turn creative visions into high-performance, scalable game experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in game development, deep Unity knowledge, and strong English communication in a fast-paced, owner-driven environment. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of game development experience.
• Proficiency in Unity.
• Strong knowledge of mobile game design, mechanics, UI/UX.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Experience mentoring peers.
• Experience creating modular/generic modules is a plus.
• Experience on scalable mobile games is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement new systems that are easily maintainable to scale the game.
• Be a team player, mentor peers, provide feedback and write understandable code.
• Refactor code and propose new designs for systems.
• Support the team with talent to achieve ambitious goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers on game experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve features.
