SI-nerGIE recherche un Architecte Technique confirmé pour diriger l’évolution des services centralisés (Active Directory, IAM, M365, Exchange SE) et assurer leur conformité IS.

Vous piloterez des programmes de transformation, développez les standards et encadrerez la supervision technique, garantissant robustesse et maintenabilité des solutions au sein de l’équipe Core & Protection.

Qualifications

• Connaissances avancées des services Active Directory et identité (IAM).
• Maîtrise d’Exchange SE et O365 dans un contexte hybrid.
• Compétences en sécurité et durcissement des environnements Windows et Microsoft OS.

Responsabilités

• Définir et mettre en œuvre l’évolution des services informatiques (AD, IAM, M365, Exchange SE) selon la roadmap technique.
• Conduire des programmes de transformation et d’évolution des plateformes, incluant migrations et services transverses.
• Établir et maintenir les standards et solutions techniques pour assurer cohérence et conformité IS.

SI-nerGIE is the Groupement d’Intérêt Économique (GIE) responsible for operating the Information Systems of Framatome and Orano.

Several operational departments manage and protect the Group’s infrastructures, from project design and assessment through to implementation.

Beyond day-to-day operations, SI-nerGIE’s activities are structured around three main areas: defining technology standards and roadmaps (application and technical architecture), ensuring the operational security of infrastructures and applications, and managing major hardware, software, and service contracts with our partners.

Within the Workstation, Support and Networks Department, you will join the "Service Line Core & Protection" team. As a Technical Architect, you will be in charge of BUILD and support for central infrastructure services such as:

• Active Directory
• IAM
• LDAP
• Exchange SE/ Hybrid
• M365 Services

The main tasks of the technical architect are :

• Define and implement the evolution strategy for the services in the field, in line with the SI-nerGIE technological roadmap. Perimeter: Exchange SE, Identity Management (IAM), Active Directory, M365, etc.
• Lead transformation programs and technical platform evolution projects, including in particular: Active Directory, Antivirus, IAM, SCCM, SCOM, system migrations, and other transversal services.
• Develop and maintain the standards, architectures, and technical solutions within its scope, ensuring their overall consistency and alignment with IS guidelines.
• Organize and guide technological monitoring, in order to anticipate changes and propose relevant improvements for infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to governance requirements, integrating regulatory constraints and good safety practices.
• Bear responsibility for projects in their field, from design to operational support, ensuring the quality, robustness, and maintainability of the solutions deployed.

We are looking for a confirmed Technical Architect who is proficient in Microsoft technologies and has at least three years of experience. You benefit from a cross-functional technical culture and have already participated in infrastructure solution implementation projects.
