SI-nerGIE is seeking a Technical Architect to lead BUILD and support for central infrastructure services such as Active Directory, IAM, LDAP, Exchange SE/Hybrid, and M365. You will define evolution strategies and drive transformation programs aligned with the group’s IT roadmap.

Responsibilities include developing standards, organizing tech monitoring, ensuring governance and safety, and guiding projects from design to operations, with emphasis on robustness and maintainability.

• Define and implement the evolution strategy for services like Exchange SE, IAM, AD, M365.
• Lead transformation programs and platform evolution projects (AD, Antivirus, IAM, SCCM, SCOM).
• Develop and maintain standards and architectures within IS guidelines.
• Organize and guide technological monitoring to anticipate changes and propose improvements.
• Ensure governance compliance and safety practices in infrastructure.
• Oversee projects from design to operational support, ensuring quality and maintainability.

SI-nerGIE is the Groupement d’Intérêt Économique (GIE) responsible for operating the Information Systems of Framatome and Orano. Several operational departments manage and protect the Group’s infrastructures, from project design and assessment through to implementation. Beyond day-to-day operations, SI-nerGIE’s activities are structured around three main areas: defining technology standards and roadmaps (application and technical architecture), ensuring the operational security of infrastructures and applications, and managing major hardware, software, and service contracts with our partners.

Within the Workstation, Support and Networks Department, you will join the "Service Line Core & Protection" team. As a Technical Architect, you will be in charge of BUILD and support for central infrastructure services such as:

• Active Directory
• IAM
• LDAP
• Exchange SE/ Hybrid
• M365 Services

The main tasks of the technical architect are :

• Define and implement the evolution strategy for the services in the field, in line with the SI-nerGIE technological roadmap. Perimeter: Exchange SE, Identity Management (IAM), Active Directory, M365, etc.
• Lead transformation programs and technical platform evolution projects, including in particular: Active Directory, Antivirus, IAM, SCCM, SCOM, system migrations, and other transversal services.
• Develop and maintain the standards, architectures, and technical solutions within its scope, ensuring their overall consistency and alignment with IS guidelines.
• Organize and guide technological monitoring, in order to anticipate changes and propose relevant improvements for infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to governance requirements, integrating regulatory constraints and good safety practices.
• Bear responsibility for projects in their field, from design to operational support, ensuring the quality, robustness, and maintainability of the solutions deployed.
