Technip Energies is seeking an Apprentice for Disability Initiatives to promote inclusive hiring and support employees with disabilities. You will help develop communications, organize awareness activities, and assist in onboarding and retention efforts within the Social Affairs Department.

The role focuses on promoting inclusion, coordinating with occupational health, and contributing to data collection and reporting on disability policy indicators. September 2026 start in Paris.

Qualifications

  • Two or three years of post-secondary education in HR, QoL, Work and Well-being, Occupational Psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • Interest in occupational health, diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

  • Develop communication materials (intranet articles, posters, guides).
  • Organize awareness initiatives for employees and managers.
  • Assist SEEPH activities and monitor disability-related events and campaigns.
  • Support employees with disabilities in coordination with occupational health.
  • Contribute to needs assessments and workplace accommodations monitoring.
  • Handle onboarding and follow-up of new hires in disability initiatives.
  • Participate in forums and job fairs dedicated to disability employment.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing disability policy indicators and reporting.

Mission

As part of the Social Affairs Department and reporting to the Head of Quality of Life, Health, and Safety and Disability Initiatives, the Disability Initiatives Apprentice helps implement the company’s disability policy. The role involves promoting the recruitment of people with disabilities, supporting their continued employment, and raising awareness about their inclusion.

Responsibilities
Communication and Awareness‑Raising
  • Develop communication materials (intranet articles, posters, practical guides, etc.)
  • Organize awareness‑raising initiatives for employees and managers
  • Help prepare for and lead activities during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH)
  • Monitor events, campaigns, and innovations related to disability in the workplace
Individual Support and Job Retention
  • Help support employees with disabilities, in coordination with occupational health professionals
  • Contribute to needs assessments and the monitoring of workplace accommodations
  • Handle the administrative follow‑up of cases while maintaining confidentiality
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Participate in forums, job fairs, and events dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities
  • Contribute to the onboarding and follow‑up of newly hired employees
Monitoring and Reporting
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of disability policy indicators
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and activity reports
  • Update the monitoring tools for the Mission Handicap

Qualifications
  • Two or three years of post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Quality of Life, Work and Well‑being, Occupational Psychology, or an equivalent field
  • A strong interest in topics related to occupational health, as well as diversity and inclusion
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office and communication tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, creation of communication materials)
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
