Les responsabilités incluent l'organisation de réunions, la gestion des documents et la création de plans de communication. Le candidat idéal doit être étudiant en communication ou dans un domaine connexe, avec d'excellentes compétences linguistiques en français et en anglais. Responsabilités

  • Organiser des réunions trimestrielles pour l'équipe.
  • Gérer la base de données de la bibliothèque de documents.
  • Créer un plan de communication interne et l'exécuter.
  • Participer à la gestion de l'équipement du laboratoire.

Description du poste

Job Description

Apprentice in Governance and Internal Communications, in support of our research and development lab:
  • Organization of quarterly meetings for our team (~30 people).
  • Maintenance of our dashboard for ongoing priority projects.
  • Management of document library database.
  • Creation of an internal communication plan.
  • Execution of the communication plan using our tools: intranet, email, internal social network (Teams, Viva Engage, ...)...
  • Organization of internal events.
  • Creation and development of intranet sites.

Responsibilities

Apprentice in governance and internal communication, logistical support for the research and development lab:
  • Organization of quarterly meetings for our team (~30 people), developing the agenda and contacting speakers.
  • Maintenance of our dashboard for ongoing priority projects.
  • Management of document library database (Sharepoint, Windchill tools).
  • Creation and execution of an internal communication plan using available tools: email, posters, internal social network ("Viva/Engage"), intranet sites, digital displays.
  • Execution of the communication plan relying on our tools: intranet, email, internal social network (Teams, Viva Engage, ...).
  • Organization of internal communication events and team-building activities.
  • Creation and development of websites.The ideal candidate will also be able to propose communication strategies that align with the overall objectives of the department.
  • Development of communication tools across the department's various sites (Greece, Italy, France)

In addition to governance responsibilities, the candidate could participate in laboratory management support:
  • Management of furniture and laboratory equipment inventory, using scannable "smart labels"
  • Update of lab equipment inventory database

Qualifications

Etudes:

Minimum BAC +1 acquis

Le candidat est un(e ) étudiant (e) en communication interne, relations publiques, économie, commerce, gestion de projet, sciences politiques, ou dans un domaine technique avec des compétences fortes en communication interne.

Compétences :
  • Excellent niveau de communication parlée, écrite

  • Notions de gestion de projet
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft
  • Connaissance d'autres outils de communication et de création graphique sera un plus (Canva, ...)

Langues
  • Français : langue maternelle
  • Anglais : excellent niveau parlé, écrit
