Job summary

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en première année de BTS Bioqualim.
• Connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Responsibilities

• Configurer l'installation et assurer la maintenance de premier niveau.
• Développer des recettes selon les plannings de production.
• Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue.

Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:

• Configure the installation, respecting Production Operating Modes
• Ensure peripheral devices are correctly configured with zone preparers
• Develop recipes according to production schedules and quality control plans
• Adhere to QHSE standards and manage stocks, following procedures for good stock management and safety standards
• Perform cleaning and first-level maintenance of installations
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and be proactive in proposing enhancements
• Follow all safety rules

Profile:

• Currently in the first year of BTS Bioqualim apprenticeship
• Rigorous, autonomous, punctual, organized, proactive, and a team player
• Practical person with a positive attitude and constructive mindset
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules, with awareness of health and safety at work

Salary Conditions:

• Apprenticeship contract
• Worker status
• Salary based on age
• Work in 3x8 shifts with possible additional shifts
• Bonus package related to 3x8 shifts: night shift bonus, additional shift bonus, night shift meal allowance, etc.
• Modulation system
• Annual vacation bonus of €1,100 gross
• Profit-sharing from 3 months of seniority during the fiscal year
