Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, is seeking a Data Scientist to join a team of applied research. The AI department powers campaigns with billions in turnover and runs large-scale prediction systems for ad delivery.

You will innovate at scale, bridge research and engineering, and own the full lifecycle from reading papers to production monitoring, while dedicating time to deep-work and exploring new algorithmic ideas.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in applied research deploying ML in high-throughput online environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; understand how models fit into the code stack.
• Ability to critique scientific papers and implement core findings effectively.
• Excellent communication to explain complex topics to peers and product managers.

Responsabilités

• Innovate at scale focusing on CTR prediction, online learning regimes, and high-dimensional embeddings.
• Bridge research & engineering by translating research gaps into production-ready features.
• Own the lifecycle from literature review to A/B testing and monitoring model performance in live environments.
• Experiment freely with deep-work sessions and novel algorithmic approaches.
