Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI-focused engineer to design and deliver production-ready AI applications, including LLM-based agents. You will lead teams, oversee end-to-end solutions, and advise clients on best practices and architecture.

You will work with Tomoro teams, ensure reliability and security, and contribute to responsible AI development with attention to privacy and ethics while supporting clients through training and ongoing assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in production.
• Design of microservices (including data pipelines using frameworks like Spark).
• Data technologies (Python, SQL).
• Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning (open-source models and OpenAI APIs).
• Software solution design focusing on data-driven applications using Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications, such as agents based on large language models (LLMs).
• Lead teams, oversee end-to-end solutions, and advise clients.
• Provide technical support to teams and share best practices.
• Collaborate closely with different teams across Tomoro.
• Build trusted relationships with business decision-makers and technical leaders.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of AI solutions through testing and quality assurance best practices.
• Contribute to the responsible development of AI by addressing privacy, security, and transparency concerns.
• Support clients in adopting AI solutions through training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in production.
• Design of microservices (including data pipelines using frameworks like Spark).
• Data technologies (Python, SQL).
• Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning (open-source models and OpenAI APIs).
• Software solution design, mainly focused on data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
• Ability to solve complex problems and perform technical analysis.
