Jobtailor in Paris is seeking Applied AI Software Engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI applications such as agents built on LLMs in small teams with TOMORO and client engineers.

As you gain experience, you may lead these teams, drive end-to-end solutions, and advise clients on these topics. The applications typically leverage foundational models, proprietary or open source, sometimes involving adaptation or fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions in production.
• Designing microservices and data pipelines with Spark.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning open-source models or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
• Comfortable with client-facing interactions.

Overview

• Applied AI Software Engineers work within small teams composed of Tomoro and client engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI applications, such as agents built on LLMs.
• As you gain experience and expertise in this role, you may lead these teams, drive end-to-end solutions, and advise clients on these topics.
• The applications we develop typically leverage existing foundational models, whether proprietary or open source, sometimes involving adaptation or fine-tuning.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions in production, including:
• Designing microservices (including data pipelines with frameworks such as Spark)
• Data technologies (Python, SQL)
• LLMs & fine-tuning (open source models and OpenAI APIs)
• Designing software solutions, primarily around data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies
• Solving complex problems and performing technical analysis
• Comfortable with client-facing interactions.
