Qualifications

• Ability to teach, write clearly, and drive adoption with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience building internal tooling that others rely on day-to-day.

• Ship a Lucis AI playbook with guidelines and examples.
• Build lightweight internal tools to automate repetitive work.
• Measure impact through adoption and quality improvements.
