Lucis is seeking an AI Engineer to build and enhance their AI agents focused on preventive health, leveraging complex biomarker data. In this role, you will design the multi-agent system, ensure production reliability, and collaborate with medical professionals to translate clinical knowledge into actionable workflows. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in software and ML, as well as hands-on expertise with vector databases and systems thinking. The position is based in Paris, and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in building and shipping software and ML systems in production.
• Experience shipping AI agents as core product.
• Hands-on with vector databases and retrieval pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship the multi-agent system behind our AI doctor.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into agent workflows.
• Work closely with medical advisors to build trustworthy AI.
