Primpromo is looking for an experienced project leader to drive multiple IT projects for client success, ensuring quality, budget adherence and on-time delivery across complex initiatives.

You will manage projects from contract signature onward, lead cross-functional teams with a continuous improvement mindset, align with Sales, Product Management and governance bodies, mitigate risks, and ensure proper invoicing and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working for an IT services company (ESN) and/or a software vendor on high-responsibility projects.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal fluency, enabling effective team guidance.
• Organizational skills, assertiveness, rigor in project management, and ability to take a strategic view.
• Diplomacy and consensus-building to defuse or resolve conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Lead, on behalf of Primpromo, multiple outcome-driven IT projects while meeting objectives (quality, budget, timelines, economic performance).
• Manage each project from contract signature onward with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Coordinate and unite project stakeholders, maintain client relationships, and manage governance (COPIL, COPROJ, COSUI...).
• Lead and actively participate in response and pre-sales activities.
• Capture/ generate client needs to propose new products and build the offering with PMs and Product Management.
• Validate requirements analyses and cost estimates; ensure contractual and financial monitoring including invoicing.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks; ensure compliance with the company quality system.

Responsibilities

• You manage each project from contract signature onward, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage commitments made by Sales and maintain client relationships.
• Lead and actively participate in response and pre-sales activities.
• Capture and/or generate client needs to propose new products.
• Build the offering with Project Managers and Product Management.
• Validate requirements analysis and the cost estimates produced.
• Ensure internal and external committee governance (COPIL, COPROJ, COSUI...).
• Ensure contractual and financial monitoring of projects, including invoicing.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks.
• Be accountable for project quality (in compliance with the company's quality system).
• Coordinate and unite project stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have prior experience working for an IT services company (ESN) and/or a software vendor on high-responsibility projects.
• You are attentive, possess strong interpersonal skills and verbal fluency, making you an asset in guiding teams effectively.
• Your organizational skills, assertiveness, rigor in project management, and ability to take a strategic view are proven.
• You demonstrate diplomacy and reach consensus to defuse or resolve conflicts.
