Jobtailor in Paris seeks a seasoned leader to manage a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers. You will mentor, guide delivery, and help remove blockers across projects.

You will shape career plans, ensure high-quality outcomes, and influence staffing decisions while supporting the growth of the practice through pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top engineering school or equivalent.
• More than 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product).
• Proven ability to drive delivery of complex projects: quality, timelines, and value creation.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Solid feedback and people-management skills.
• Desire to learn, challenge the team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.

Responsabilités
